 DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY ROOM RATES

Reservation and Cancellation Terms

  • A minimum stay of 3 nights is requested.  
  • For a stay of 7 nights and more, 50% of the total stay amount is requested. 
  • The remaining balance of the stay will be automatically charged within 15 days prior to arrival – non refundable.
  • for stays of 3-6 nights, 3 night charge; 
  • for stays of 7 nights or more, 50% of the total stay;
  • To safeguard against various delays or date changes, we strongly suggest that travel insurance be considered.

Please Note: 

Any no-show, cancellation or revision of the reservation dates within the cancellation period or during the stay will result in charges in full. 

We highly recommend that all of our clients take out a travel insurance policy. 


Peak Season: 20 Dec 2014-5 Jan 2015

  • 10-night minimum stay required over Christmas 24 December 
  • 10-night minimum stay required over New Year 31 December 
  • 5-night deposit per room due at time of booking
  • Non-refundable balance due by 1 Sept 2014
  • If booking is cancelled before 1 Sept 2014, a 10% cancellation fee of the deposit taken will be forfeited
  • If booking is cancelled after 1 Sept 2014, the full stay per room will be forfeited
